Curious about sourdough but not sure where to begin? Join us for an introduction to sourdough from starter to slice. We'll explore what sourdough is, how wild yeast works and how to care for your starter. We will walk through the basic steps of baking sourdough at home. Each attendee will leave with a small sourdough starter and a cheat sheet to get started at home.
