Event Details

The Safety Harbor Public Library in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association presents an email Art Correspondence Course for those suffering from memory loss. In this simple six-week course, you’ll receive weekly emails with ideas and easy lessons to explore art at home with basic materials. No art experience or skill is required, and you’ll work at your own pace exploring art activities and creating your own unique artwork. To register call 727-724-1525, x4107, or email

If desired, you will have the opportunity to share your artwork by donating a copy to be included in a virtual community exhibit on the library’s Facebook page and website. Art will also be shared with the Alzheimer's Association to build awareness, promote kindness to memory loss sufferers, and bring better understanding of the disease.
