DESCRIPTION:The Friends of the Library are hosting a community book drive.
  The public is encouraged to donate books, puzzles, games, CDs, DVDs, and
  magazines for upcoming sales. Volunteers are available to unload from you
 r vehicle curbside. Follow signage and stop by the flagpole in front of th
 e double doors in the front of the library. Donation receipts available. I
 f possible, please have items in boxes or bags. There is no limit to the n
 umber of items, however we appreciate items in good condition, but do not 
 accept the following:Boxes from attic or garage storage. Damaged books wit
 h broken bindings, missing pages, soiled, musty, and moldy, with smoke or 
 water damage, or with excessive writing in the text.Outdated materials; ca
 ssettes or VHS tapes. Professional journals, textbooks, outdated computer
  manuals, or encyclopedias.Thank you for contributing to a brighter future
  for our library. All proceeds from Book Sales benefit library programs.Th
 e Friends of the Library gladly accept book donations anytime during regul
 ar library hours. If you’re unable to attend the book drive, you’re we
 lcome to drop off your donations at the library at your convenience. Donat
 ions are accepted year-round.
