Enjoy meeting with other families in the community and help declutter as you access new toys for free! The bonus is you are helping keep toys in use and out of landfills. 

Guidelines for Toy Donations

Have toys that your child is no longer loving? Let’s keep them in use!

  • Toys can be brought to the Youth desk and for each toy you drop off you will get a ticket to pick out a new-to-you toy of your choice. 
  • Toys may be dropped off at the library from January 2- 17 in exchange for tickets to use the morning of the event. 

The first 15 minutes after opening at 10 am will be for browsing before being able to start swapping.

Toys will be arranged into the following groups: baby & toddler toys, preschool toys, board games & puzzles, building toys, and toys for older children.

Anything left over at the end of the swap will be donated to library programs, local shelters, or nonprofit organizations.

Weather permitting.
