Meeting Rooms are available for rent by businesses or private groups. Non-profit organizations can reserve a meeting room for no cost with proof of 501 (c)(3) non-profit status and providing a Federal EIN or other tax ID number.
It is required to read and accept the Meeting and Study Room Policy when making a reservation to assure compliance.
- Meeting Rooms must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance and may be scheduled up to 4 months in advance from the current date and time. Reservations are limited to 5 hours. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, and limited to one (1) meeting per month.
- Study Rooms may be reserved 5 minutes in advance (rounded to the next 15 minute increment) and may be scheduled up to 3 months in advance from the current date and time. One reservation per person is allowed every two days. Reservations cannot be made for consecutive days. Reservations are limited to three (3) hours.
