Scottish Arts Program- Bagpipes: (Grades 4-7). Students will be taught the basics of bagpipes with practice chanters. The instructors of this program are award-winning teen bagpipers.

If the tween is between 8 and 10 years old, guardians must stay in the library during the program. Tweens who are 11 and 12 years old may stay in the library by themselves, according to library policy.
