Join us for Mindful Mornings, a wellness-focused series designed to support relaxation, creativity, and personal balance. Each session features a different presenter or guided activity. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this welcoming series offers space to slow down and recharge.
This Sound Bath Meditation is led by Tamara, a certified Sound Healing Practitioner. During this deeply restorative session, participants will be “bathed” in sound frequencies and vibrations designed to safely alleviate anxiety and stress. Tamara will play singing crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and other instruments to create a calming atmosphere where you can fully relax and release tension. Sound Therapy is an alternative meditation practice that promotes balance, clarity, and inner calm.
