Scottish Arts Program- Bagpipes: (Grades 4-12) Thursdays, March 3 - April 28,  5:00-6:00 p.m. Students will be taught on practice chanters that will be available for check-out at the Youth Services desk starting the week of February 28. Registration is required for this 8 class series. Instructors are local, award-winning pipers. No class on March 17, spring break.
