Teens can learn how to make gnocchi at the library.
Gnocchi are a traditional Italian dumpling made out of flour, egg, and potato. In this program, we will be learning a quick and easy way to make fresh gnocchi at home. Teens will also be given a copy of the recipe to keep, as well as a more involved version.
Teens will be using a stovetop and handling pots of boiling water in this program. Caution is advised.
As this is a teen program, teens can be dropped off at the library. They are not required to stay for the entire program.
